Balakor’s Research Post

&nbps;

Fastly orbiting a beautiful ammonia world, Balakor’s Research Port (or BaRP as we say here) offers very nice apartments for scientists and scholars who wish to enjoy the high-end technologies and laboratories we have. Dedicated to science (SCIENCE!), BaRP is a cradle of quiet and knowledge floating among the stars. Condos aren’t cheap but aren’t too expensive either. Cute lab assistant not included.

Colonia Hub

&nbps;

It was the first settlement here, and carries its name with pride. Chubby (from C. Hub) is the main town around, being the surface relay of Jaques Station and the home of the CCN’s office. In its short lifespan, it managed to grow its resources enough to open the first casino and brothel of Colonia – which cause some traffic bottlenecks on the landing pads sometimes. Prices are decent, unless you want the tower view.

Diva Mines

&nbps;

Orbiting a rich and beautiful HMC, this outpost is primarily inhabited by miners and their families. Not that they can’t live elsewhere, but they kinda stuck together on this outpost since the beginning. They’re a swell bunch of chaps, and are known to be very friendly to your wife or husband. They even help you with your rent, so you easily find yourself in debt and forced to do humiliating stuff, but this is all in good fun.

Malik Station

&nbps;

Now you’re looking at the tuff gang lair. Quasi-owned by the workers and their syndicate, Malik Station smells like gasoline and suspicious chemicals. It’s bursting with activity, mainly refinery of metals and production of construction parts for the next outposts and stations. Rent is cheap and there’s money to be made. Despite being usually abrupt and muscled and oiled, the inhabitants of Malik have great manners and mustaches.

The Pit

&nbps;

This one is a fascinating place. As the primary mining facility supplying the entire region in construction materials, it’s bursting with activity 24/7. You will meet people from all around the known Galaxy and witness the excitement of a pioneering industry. Most people there only work or trade, thus demand is low and condos are really cheap. Just don’t mind the oil spills on the carpet. You can’t have everything.

Colonia Dream

&nbps;

It’s the hype place of 3303. The first coriolis station in Colonia, though lacking some basic services, certainly shows the galaxy we’re not just campers. Price is high for the services provided and condos may be a bit rudimentary, but telling your friends and enemies you inhabit a ‘riolis really makes an impression. The view is quite superb between the two planets nearby. Future developments have already been announced.

Dervish Platform

&nbps;

Despite its name referring to poor spiritual guides in the Persian era, Dervish is a shiny high-tech outpost, with lots of cool and kawaii stuff. Outpost is a bit dull on the outside, but looks like Cloud Cuckoo Land on the inside. Mainly populated by descendants of Asian teenage girls and holographic anime characters, its rent is cheap if you’re into unicorns, but painfully high for what it is if you’re a normal person. Rainbows not included.

Jaques Station

&nbps;

Good ol Jumpin’ Jaques Flash and his station remain the top hype place to live in, despite its indecent rent and the constant roaming of tourism ships, packs of people everywhere and nightclubs on every bridge. Perhaps the worst place to buy a condo but heh, you can brag like a democrat. Word of advice: stay away from the Belugas, they’re often flown by unskilled pilots quickly recruited to fill tourism demand.

Morten’s Paradise

&nbps;

This station is one of the nicest to live in. Well-equipped with infrastructure, it’s very comfortable and quite affordable. The view from the observation decks is truly superb due to the ELW below. Dwellers have access to the ground colonies, which helps with space madness. But don’t think you can sneak in and enjoy the beaches without a care for agriculture: these people are proud and don’t take horseshit from anybody.

Vitto Orbital

&nbps;

Vitto Orbital is starting to be known as the joyful Colonia cantina. Over time, pure research left room to food processing and travellers’ rest stop services. To be honest, the place is crowded with travellers, explorers, tourists and surface colonists out on a space-weekend. You won’t get much sleep here, but you will get the vibe. Entertainment and business are blooming in Vitto, which could very soon be the next place to be.
